Art. 15 (Übergangsbestimmung)  delibera sentenza

(1) Die Arzneimittelausgabestellen, die vor Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes eröffnet wurden, müssen schließen, sobald die Apotheken laut Artikel 2 in der betreffenden Gemeinde ihren Dienst aufnehmen.

(2) Die Bestimmung laut Artikel 3 Absatz 2 betreffend den Gebrauch der ladinischen Sprache in den Apotheken der ladinischen Ortschaften der Provinz Bozen wird nicht auf die Inhaberinnen und Inhaber oder Direktorinnen und Direktoren von Apotheken angewandt, welche zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens des vorliegenden Gesetzes eine Apotheke in den ladinischen Ortschaften führen oder welche in der Vergangenheit eine Apotheke in einer ladinischen Ortschaft für den Zeitraum von mindestens 10 Jahren ununterbrochen geführt haben. 7)
