Art. 37

(1) Folgende Bestimmungen sind außer Kraft gesetzt: Der zweite Satz von Artikel 13 sowie die Artikel 34, 79, 85, 89, 92, 96, 107 und 112 des Landesgesetzes vom 3. Juli 1959, Nr. 6, in geltender Fassung, Artikel 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 2. März 1960, Nr. 4, die Artikel 18 und 26 des Landesgesetzes vom 12. November 1964, Nr. 16, in geltender Fassung, die Artikel 11, 14, 16 und 24 des Landesgesetzes vom 21. Februar 1972, Nr. 4, und Artikel 9 des Landesgesetzes vom 24. März 1977, Nr. 11.
