Art. 8  delibera sentenza

(1) Bei erwiesener Untätigkeit der Organe der Region und der Provinzen, die zur Nichterfüllung von Verpflichtungen aus der Gemeinschaft führt, kann die Regierung der Republik mit Beschluß des Ministerrates nach Einholen der Stellungnahme der Parlamentskommission für regionale Angelegenheiten und nach Anhörung der Region oder der betroffenen Provinz eine angemessene Frist für das Tätigwerden vorschreiben.

(2) Falls die Untätigkeit der Organe der Region oder der Provinzen nach Ablauf dieser Frist andauert, kann der Ministerrat anstelle der vorerwähnten Organe die notwendigen Maßnahmen erlassen.
