Beschluss Nr. 2140 vom 13.06.2000
Landesbergbaumuseum: Genehmigung auf dem Sanierungswege für die Jahre 1995-1999 sowie Genehmigung für das Jahr 2000 der Höchstzahl der Stellen des Personals, das mit privatrechlichem Arbeitsvertrag aufgenommen worden ist bzw. aufgenommen werden kann und Ablehnung der Abänderung des Stellenplanes

1. den Beschluss des Verwaltungsrates des Landesbergbaumuseums Nr. 33 vom 17.5.2000, welcher auf dem Sanierungwege die Höchstzahl des Personals, das beim Landesbergbaumuseum in den Jahren 1995-1999 mit privatrechlichem Vertrag aufgenommen wurde, mit 12 Stellen festlegt, zu genehmigen;
 
2. den Beschluss des Verwaltungsrates des Landesbergbaumuseums Nr. 34 vom 17.5.2000, welcher die Höchstzahl des Personals, das beim Landesbergbaumuseum im Jahr 2000 mit privatrechlichem Vertrag aufgenommen wird, mit 12 Stellen festlegt, zu genehmigen;
 
3. den Beschluss des Verwaltungsrates des Landesbergbaumuseums Nr. 85 vom 13.12.1999, mit welchem eine Abänderung des Stellenplanes beantragt wird, aus den obgenannten Begründungen abzulehnen;
 
4. festzuhalten, dass der mit Beschluss Nr. 867 vom 19.2.1990 genehmigte Stellenplan unverändert bleibt;
 
5 festzuhalten, dass vorliegende Maßnahme keine Ausgaben mit sich bringt.
